Kashmiri garlic, also known as Himalayan or Kashmiri Lahsun/Lehsun in India, is a single-clove Allium sativum species. Kashmiri Garlic is small in size and is 7 times more strong than regular Garlic. It has a light brown husk and comes in a rounded shape with a pointing portion at the end. The clove inside has a creamy white color and is 1.5cm - 4cm in diameter.
