Kashmiri Saffron Honey, 500g

Kashmiri garlic, also known as Himalayan or Kashmiri Lahsun/Lehsun in India, is a single-clove Allium sativum species. Kashmiri Garlic is small in size and is 7 times more strong than regular Garlic. It has a light brown husk and comes in a rounded shape with a pointing portion at the end. The clove inside has a creamy white color and is 1.5cm - 4cm in diameter.

Kahwa is more than just a beverage; it's a cultural symbol of Kashmir's traditions. Kahwah is also known as qehwah, which means "aromatic beverage." The word derives from the Arabic word "qahwah," and we can see why. Kashmiri kahwa ingredients include delectably fragrant spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, and saffron, as well as dried rose petals. These ingredients are boiled in water and then steeped with Kashmiri green tea.
